Our family stay at Ulysse Palace Djerba was genuinely memorable. We arrived late and found a lovely plate of food waiting for us in our spacious room, which set a welcoming tone for our vacation. While the check-in process didn't provide much info about the all-inclusive package, the next day the customer management team took the time to show us around, making us feel comfortable. The hotel offers various dining options, from buffet to à la carte, and we found the quality of food to be quite good, especially at breakfast. There's also a children's playground, which was a hit with my kids, providing them with space to play as we relaxed nearby. Despite some seaweed at the beach, we managed to enjoy the sun. The friendly staff worked hard to enhance our experience, from engaging animators to attentive service. Although a few staff members had limited English, their willingness to help was evident. We indulged in additional activities as well, like a reasonable camel ride for 20€. The professionalism and hospitality shown by individuals like Adel, Ilyès, and Latifa made our holiday stress-free. We look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.
